Fully custom training plan, delivered via TrainingPeaks. Training is written in four-week blocks, with one plan update / modification per block.
Baseline and quarterly assessments of cycling proficiency, strengths and weaknesses.
Annual training plan development and programming for in-season and out-of-season training.
Monthly call to review progress-to-date and performance in the prior block, and to plan out the coming month.
Workouts reviewed at the end of each training block, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Training data analysis using WKO5 software, providing further optimization of training.
Baseline and quarterly assessment of general strength, power, and functional movement ability.
General strength and conditioning work assigned when appropriate.
Access via text for emergent questions.
Pre- and post-race check-ins.
Year end review and assessment conducted to evaluate efficacy of training and the coach-athlete relationship.
The Monthly Coaching Package offers the same custom workouts and programming as the Weekly Coaching Package, and includes a monthly call with your coach to review and update your training.
